Remembering Jan

We mourn the loss of founding Principal of St Francis of Assisi Primary School, Ms Jan Keogh. Our heartfelt condolences and prayers are with Jan’s family, friends and colleagues who feel her loss most deeply.

Those who were fortunate enough to meet and know Jan would understand the love that she had for the St Francis community and the time, energy and passion she placed into founding a strong, faith based and learning centred community. She did so with humility, compassion and strength of leadership. Jan will be remembered for her nurturing approach to school life, her calmness when meeting any challenges and her joy of teaching and the impact she could have on the lives of future generations.
